I have spent 12 years exclusively in B2B SaaS. Seven of them as an SDR and account executive, sitting across the table from buyers. Five as a founding product marketer at early and growth-stage startups.

Why not just hire an outbound agency?

Outbound agencies send emails and book meetings. That is where they stop. They need you to provide the ICP and messaging, and they never touch the sales side. Orion defines your ICP, builds the pipeline, and fixes why meetings are not closing.

Do I need to bring my ICP and messaging?

No. That is our job. We review your sales calls, speak with your team, and research your customers and competitors. We build your ICP, positioning, and messaging from scratch.

How quickly will I see results?

Most clients start seeing qualified meetings within 6–8 weeks. LinkedIn paid ads go live in week two. Outbound takes 4–6 weeks to ramp. Running both simultaneously shortens the wait.

Why is there a three-month minimum?

Month one is setup: ICP, messaging, list building, campaign launch. Month two is iteration. By month three you have real data and a repeatable system. After that, it is month-to-month.

What does working with Orion look like day to day?

One weekly call to review pipeline and progress, and async access on Slack throughout the week. Gokul leads the strategy and manages the execution team. One point of contact, one place for all communication.

Is this the same as hiring a fractional CMO?

No. A fractional CMO builds marketing strategy and manages a team, but you still need to hire and coordinate the execution separately. Orion owns strategy and execution as a single engagement. The execution team is built in, and you do not manage anyone.

Is the LinkedIn ad spend included in the Constellation?

Ad spend is paid directly by you to LinkedIn. Orion manages the strategy, targeting, and campaigns. Most clients budget between €1,500 and €3,000 per month in ad spend alongside the retainer.

Do you work with early stage startups?

Orion works with sales-led B2B SaaS companies at 3–10M ARR that already have a sales team. Earlier-stage companies need product-market fit work before building a repeatable pipeline system. That is a different engagement.

How many clients do you work with at once?

Three to four, deliberately. Every client works directly with Gokul.

What if I do the North Star plan but decide not to continue?

You walk away with a clear 90-day roadmap: ICP, messaging, channel priorities, and exactly what to fix. That is yours to keep. If you start the Constellation within 30 days, the €3,500 is credited against your first month.
